New Year

It's a New Year and I'm being more open to trying new things. This year for Christmas I bought a new English saddle to start  practicing riding in different  styles and different ways to ride. Its definitely different than I am used too. The western saddle you can go a lot faster in and make quick stops. But what I have learned in riding English is you have to be balanced and be fluent with your tractions from stop to galloping. so far I am loving it and I think my horse is loving it too, the saddle is much lighter than the western one she is used to in the past. Over all one of my new years resolution for 2019 is to ride fluent in my new English saddle!
